Increasing awareness and visibility

The Brief

In 2021, AXA IM was going through a period of significant transformation and wanted to be seen as a responsible, climate-conscious company. They came to Cubaka with their key challenges, which included:

  • Increasing brand awareness and visibility of AXA IM as a responsible investor, business and employer

  • Building interest about AXA IM and how the new purpose is actioned

  • Showcasing the appeal of AXA IM as an employer for new talent, retention and pride (advocacy) of their employees

  • Building awareness of how as an investor, business and employer, AXA IM are acting to tackle climate issues.

To do this, Cubaka repositioned AXA IM on social media by developing an updated channel and content strategy over a 12 month period. We delivered a social tone of voice, a visual identity and created community management guidelines.

The Results

With Cubaka’s support, AXA IM achieved:

Strong brand awareness with over 11,000 mentions of AXA IM captured through social media listening. A result of 50% of AXA IM social posts showcasing their role as a responsible investor, business and employer.
